Payment is to be made upfront before i start working on your commission. I accept payment plans or 50/50 if over 100 dollars

I only used paypal for payment. You must follow paypal’s terms as well when signing up for an account.

I have the right to reject any commission if i do not feel comfortable in doing your order or to ask for more money if your order has: complicated/detailed design, multiple limbs or human hands, detailed/layered clothing, or anything else that would cause for me to take longer then normal to complete

If a refund is needed or the customer is having doubts, please contact me and we can work something out. if i have already started work on a commission, then your refund will have a deduction depending on how much i had drawn.

YOU MAY NOT print my artwork for resale or distribute for any commercial rights. you may post the artwork with proper credit to my th. i have the right to exhibit and use your commission as an example.

I will only send progress updates when prompted or asked beforehand as I have a horrible memory and “get in the zone” when drawing (or occasionally i will send a sketch if i am unsure in the pose and wonder if the customer would like a re-do)

Do NOT claim artwork as your own. if i find out that you have, i have the right to report, block, and blacklist you. there are no warnings issued to someone who steals art.

If it has been a week without word from me, give me a poke. message me. i dont bite and would actually appreciate a reminder sometimes.

If i have sent you a finished product and something is wrong with the design, tell me and i will fix it! no extra charge.

My turnaround time is one day to two weeks. i will let you know if it will take longer then that.

You may not sell a design for more then you bought it for UNLESS you have bought other artwork for the design. this does not count towards trade/collab/gift art.

Any design i make can be overhauled/updated by you or another artist.

If you received a design from an adopt community i participated in, then you make do whatever you wish with that design as long as it follows the species rules and my terms listed.

Any free design i make must be given away for free as well (trade, gift, raffle) unless art is bought for it.

Changes you can make to a design i created: add clothing/jewelry, change the color palette, add to the detail level or subtract from the detail level, change the original species, add additional limbs or remove limbs, add scars

You MAY NOT buy a design from me just to turn around and sell it to someone else within a week.

You MAY buy a design from me to gift it to someone else.

I believe and understand that once a characters is yours you may do whatever you want with it, but i ask that you follow these rules please.

I specialize in canines, felines, and dragons but are willing to try new things

Please be aware that i try to keep the same brush for line art depending on what style you order, but to keep myself from burning out i occasionally have to change it around. i will give you a heads up if this is the case

Adding an ADITIONAL character will cost 75-100% more. so for example, a chibi interaction can cost 20 usd with two characters instead of 10 usd for one
